Healthy Eating Week - June 2018

This week has been Healthy Eating Week and to celebrate every class has done an activity related to Healthy Eating.

In Year 3/4 the children enjoyed making fruit skewers with blueberries, watermelon and pineapple. Some of the children even discovered a new fruit that they liked!

 

 

 

 

 

In Year 5/6 the children have been looking at a range of ingredients that are used in cereal bars. They have been experimenting with different ingredients to make alternative healthy cereal bars.

 

In Year 1, the children had lots of fun making sandwiches whilst in Year 2 the children tasted salad, fruit and wholemeal bread.
