Children's Book Week - April 2019

Monday 29th April

Today, we dressed up as a character from our favourite book to celebrate 'Children's Book Week'.  We had so much fun, dressing up and guessing which character everyone was.

Mr Lees (dressed as Sherlock Holmes) had great fun catching Mrs Houlton (Burglar Bill). Whilst Mrs Mistry (The Gingerbread Man) was being chased by everyone who wanted to eat her. Looking after her friend, Mrs Halford (Miss Honey) was trying to make Mrs Garton (Eeyore) feel a little happier.

Look at some of the brilliant costumes the children wore. Thank you to everyone who helped get the children into character.
